Welcome to an incredible townhome that redefines Denver’s Mile High moniker. The entire house is gleaming and gorgeous, but the main attraction is the expansive rooftop deck with views of the majestic Rocky Mountains. This fab 4-level is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Tennyson Street is on your doorstep: The Empourium, Call To Arms Brewing, Hops & Pie, Denver Biscuit Company, Oriental Theater, BookBar and more! Downtown, skiing & hiking are all within easy reach.
As you step in the front door, you are immediately welcomed by a comfy seating area. The sofa transforms into an additional queen bed! There is a dedicated work desk here as well. Pull up a chair and get some work or trip planning done with the help of the lightning-fast WiFi. The floor plan also includes a convenient half bath on the main level.
Wander up to the second level to find the jaw-dropping kitchen. Sparkling with chrome and designed with chefs in mind, this is the spot to perch on one of four bar stools while sipping a cocktail and socializing. The second floor also has a lounging area with wall-mounted Smart TV and a cozy dining area.
There is a Natural Grocers a mere 10-minute walk away for those who prefer to whip up their own meals. And takeout connoisseurs will be spoiled for choice. Will you enjoy vegetarian at Vital Root or savor a slice at Hops & Pie? Start your day at Allegro Coffee Roasters and unwind over a beer at Call To Arms or The Empourium. These are only a few of the great options in our neighborhood!
We know you will be busy during your stay, which is why we have put so much thought into the third-floor master bedroom suite. Get your 40 winks on a luxurious queen mattress swathed in hotel-quality linens. The windows let in plenty of sunshine for happy mornings full of possibilities. The master bathroom is sleek and modern with a shower/tub combo and plenty of counter space. The master closet is nestled next to a small washer and dryer. Comfort and convenience: a match made in heaven!
Now get ready to meet your new favorite outdoor spot. The fourth level of the townhome has multiple seating areas and a sweeping view of the Rocky Mountains. If you weren’t already inspired when you got here, this vista will get you juiced for an outdoor adventure. Luckily for you, this spot is an hour or less from Echo Mountain, Loveland Ski Area, hiking trails, mountain towns and Red Rocks Amphitheter.
Closer to home, let’s talk about Denver and its many attractions. Everything you’ve heard about The Mile High City is true! The booming metro area has something for every kind of traveler. Soak in Western history at a museum, revel in cutting-edge culture at Meow Wolf, tempt your tastebuds at chic local restaurants and mind-blowing microbreweries, enjoy parks and greenways throughout the city, bag a 14er and a National Park, or ski at world-class resorts. This is the place to explore, play or even – iif you must – get some work done on a business trip or flexcation. We’re looking forward to hosting you!
***Why Choose An STR Over A Hotel?***
Cleanliness, Privacy, and Personal Service. We have augmented our already industry-leading cleaning and disinfecting protocol in order to put our guests at ease. You’ll have your own space to unwind, unplug and escape the news of the day. We have outfitted our cleaning crews with EPA recommended household disinfectants to prevent the spreading of viruses and bacteria. Our listing is professionally managed by Denver-based Highline Management in order to facilitate an excellent guest experience.
You will have access to the entire home including the rooftop deck. We offer self check-in for maximum independence and privacy.
The parking for this property is on-street only, but finding parking is not usually an issue. Please do not park in front of the condo overnight! Denver’s parking enforcement is reliably strict; just follow the posted regulations and park on the side streets and you will be fine.
Tennyson Street is incredibly walkable, and we highly recommend strolling the tree-lined avenue and taking in the neighborhood. Keep an eye out for B-Cycles, Denver’s ubiquitous rental bikes, as well! North of Berkeley is I-70, the city’s main East-West artery. If you brought or rented a car, hop on I-70 West to get to the mountains. East will take you to downtown, City Park, I-25, etc. Uber and Lyft are readily available for those without a vehicle. Enjoy exploring our beautiful city!
This is a non-smoking, non-vaping home! We appreciate that some of our guests may wish to indulge in some of Colorado’s herbal offerings, but this is not the place! An odor fee will be added to your reservation if this policy is violated. Thank you in advance for your compliance.
Amenities include self check-in, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee and tea, fast WiFi, Smart TV with streaming services, and board games.
We do have neighbors! Please observe the quiet hours of 10 PM to 8 AM, especially on the rooftop. If you are enjoying the deck late at night, keep your voices low and be respectful.
The home is climate controlled by A/C and Heating systems for a comfortable stay.
The home has beautiful hardwood floors. We recommend cozy socks or slippers to keep your toes warm during your stay.
Please note that we do not allow guests access to the mailbox during their stay.
The Peregrine is a 30-day-plus rental. As such, this lovely home requires a full deep cleaning after each stay. The cleaning fee represents the resources required to keep the place perfect for every guest. We appreciate your understanding.
This listing is operated by Highline Management, a team of local experts dedicated to an exceptional guest experience. Professional cleaning, CDC-compliant disinfection and hotel-quality laundry service are just a few distinguishing features of every Highline turnover. Book with confidence!

About the area
Berkeley
Welcome to Historic Berkeley! Right outside the home is Tennyson Street, the beating heart of Denver’s most desirable neighborhood. Walk to a craft brewery – we recommend Call to Arms – sip wine at BookBar, or laptop with the locals at a chic coffee shop. And pizza ‘til you drop at Fat Sully’s and Hops & Pie! Prefer to cook? Natural Grocers is a 10-minute walk to the South. Downtown, the RiNo Arts District, LoHi and the Rocky Mountain foothills are all within easy reach.
Once you’re Downtown, get oriented at Union Station, which has been reimagined as a cultural hub with cafes, art and shopping. From Union Station, Coors Field is within walking distance to the North, while Ball Arena (Nuggets and Avalanche) is to the South. Trendy Larimer Street is also nearby. You can catch a light rail train at Union Station to get to Empower Field at Mile High. The 16th Street Mall offers a free shuttle, which is the best way to get to the Denver Performing Arts Center as well as the State Capitol and Denver Mint.
Further East, it’s a short Uber ride to City Park, Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, the Botanical Gardens, and other attractions. The new Meow Wolf art experience is also worth checking out, as are the Denver Aquarium and Elitch Gardens. All three are near Empower Field and the REI Flagship store.
Here for a concert? Red Rocks is a mere 20 minutes away by car. You may want to check out this area regardless of your itinerary – it’s a unique place, and its gateway town of Morrison is charming. Link up an easygoing riverside hike at Lair O’ The Bear or an afternoon paddleboarding or skating in Evergreen to really make a day of it. Further south, you’ll find Roxborough State Park (40 minutes) for more hiking trails. One of Colorado’s main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive 1.5 hours through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing and wildlife viewing.
Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder) or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience, but we’re also within a few hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and other snowy delights. There is a Nordic center near Breck if you want to try out cross-country skiing, and the summer months are a great time to rent a kayak to explore Dillon Reservoir.
In short, this is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies! It’s impossible to see everything in one visit, so we look forward to hosting you again after you fall in love with Mile High Life!
