Union Station has a ton of charm. One of its most alluring features is its proximity to attractions such as Larimer Square, the Denver Art Museum, and Coors Field. You’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, unique boutiques, and museums outside your door. Soak up the tasteful and vibrant blend of old and new establishments while exploring Denver’s historic landmarks and longstanding food institutions. Local eateries that are a short walk, bicycle ride, or car ride away: Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery (0.9 miles) - No-nonsense brewpub offering an array of house-made craft beers in an industrial space. Drive a little over an hour through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a couple of hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Bathroom Toiletries: In the downstairs bathroom, you'll find an assortment of travel-sized toiletries, loofahs, and sealed medicines. Feel free to use them, but kindly replace anything you use with a similar new item before your departure.
  • Spices: I've left you an assortment of spices. You're welcome to use them, but if you use a spice below one-third of the bottle, please replace it before you leave as a courtesy to the next guest.
  • Grill Usage: The grill outside is located under the outdoor table, with two propane tanks provided. If you deplete one tank, kindly replace it to ensure there are always two tanks available for the next guest's use.
  • Trek E-Bike: You'll find my Trek e-bike in the downstairs closet, along with panniers. The ideal tire pressure is around 45 with a maximum of 50. Please be cautious with locking the bike while out and about, and avoid storing it outside overnight or riding in inclement weather if possible.
  • Water Filtration: Denver requires water filtration due to ongoing lead pipe replacement citywide. Please use the water filter pitchers provided in the fridge for cooking and drinking water.
  • Coffee Maker Tips: The coffee maker is versatile; however, removing used espresso pucks can be tricky. Please avoid banging on the counters and try removing the puck closer to brewing time for easier removal.
  • Deck Rockers: Cushions for the deck rockers are provided. Please store them in the unit when not in use; they can be found in the downstairs bedroom closet.
  • Boardgames: You're welcome to use any board games, including unopened ones. Please ensure all components are placed back inside the game box neatly after use.
  • Peloton Usage: Feel free to use the Peloton at your leisure! Please wipe it down with a Clorox wipe or equivalent a few times a week for cleanliness.
  • Yeti Cooler and Lawn Chair: A Yeti cooler, Yeti ice, and a Yeti lawn chair are provided for your enjoyment. They can be found under the main island by the chairs and in the downstairs bedroom closet, respectively.
  • Wood and Brick Caution: Exercise caution around the wood and brick, which are historic and original to the 1896 construction and therefore irreplaceable.
