Welcome to our seasonal rental luxury single family heated pool and spa home located in one of Bonita Springs newest golfing community- Bonita National Golf and Country Club. Our community is located at the eastern end of Bonita Beach Road and our home is tucked away on a street surrounded by lakes. Our home also includes a 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms and a den as well as 3 full sized bathrooms. The community has wonderful modern amenities including tennis courts, a lap pool, a resort style pool with waterfall, a heated spa and a large deck with many seating and lounging options. There are multiple onsite dining and bar options with both formal and informal options. We can’t wait to have you enjoy our home!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
