The Space Bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed, the cottage features an open layout with warm, textured walls and natural light throughout—perfect for unwinding after a day of wine tasting, dining, and exploring the Plaza. Living Area Settle in by the cozy indoor fireplace, curl up with a book on the window seat, or enjoy a movie in the comfortable living space—ideal for relaxed evenings at home. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Two private en-suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for all guests: • Primary Suite: Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom, and an in-suite laundry area • Second Suite: Full bed with its own private en-suite bathroom Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from simple breakfasts to homemade dinners, featuring: • Modern stainless steel appliances • Drip coffee maker • Bean grinder • Pour-over coffee setup • Kettle Dedicated Workspace A quiet desk and chair offer a comfortable setup for remote work or planning your Wine Country adventures. Access Note: The home requires 7 steps up to reach the front door, and the backyard includes 4 steps leading down to the lower yard area • Secure, contactless self check-in • Convenient Driveway and street parking. Garage access is not included with this rental. Complimentary Wine Tastings As our guest, enjoy complimentary tastings at three celebrated local wineries (guest of record must be present): • Croix Estate Winery – Boutique Pinot Noir & Chardonnay (A $45 value per guest, complimentary for up to six guests) • Merriam Vineyards – Elegant, Old World–inspired Bordeaux-style wines (A $35 value per guest, complimentary for up to six guests) • Orsi Family Vineyards – Small-lot Italian varietals loved by locals (A $35 value per guest, complimentary for up to six guests) Interaction with Guests We respect our guests’ privacy and provide a seamless, contactless check-in experience. While we won’t be onsite, we are always available and responsive through the booking platform to ensure your stay is smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
