Property Description: This townhouse is designed for comfort and style. The first level features tile flooring throughout, an inviting eat-in kitchen with a center island, Smart TV, and stainless appliances, a spacious combo living/dining area, sleeper sofa, a convenient half bath, and a private screened patio. The second living level boasts laminate and tile flooring, three bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry room with cabinetry. The primary room is equipped with a Queen bed, Smart TV and an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and Smart Tv. The third bedroom is a twin over full bunk bed with a Smart Tv. The hallway bathroom is located between the second and third bedroom with a shower/tub combo.The tandem garage on the ground level offers abundant storage for all beach gear for you to enjoy the best beach days. Community Amenities: Immerse yourself in relaxation with two heated swimming pools one situated directly on the beach, providing a front-row seat to the Gulf’s beauty, and another conveniently located in front of the condo, paired with a jacuzzi/hot tub for ultimate comfort. On the Bay side of the complex, take a leisurely stroll along the pier adorned with a porch swing, offering picturesque views of the bay.
