Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- -No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
- -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
- -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
- -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
- -If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.
