*No pets allowed, fines and cost of cleaning will be applied to the reservation upon finding evidence of pets.
-No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $1000.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-If early check in is available, it is $150.00 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $150 to check out at 1pm.
-A $50 service fee will be added to the cost of any item that needs to be repaired or replaced due to guest damage.
