Welcome to our Timber Tree Home. This newly constructed home is ready to host luckily travelers like you! Located on the East side of Flagstaff with close access to Mount Elden Hiking trails, Cinder Pits, and scenic areas of the San Francisco Peaks! The home location is not far from highly sought-after locations and still backs up to national forest land! A 5 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and Flagstaff’s Shopping Mall! Your next great memories waits here!
Here is the bedroom/bathroom layout of the home. We have sleeping accommodations for 8 guest + 1 Baby (Baby crib provided), however we allow up to 10 guests to stay at the home before additional fees:
Ground level:
-Master Bedroom (King Bed) w/ master bathroom with walk-in shower, Walk-in closet, and a lock-off toilet room.
Second Level (Upstairs):
-2nd Master Bedroom (Queen Bed) w/ full private bathroom with bath tub/shower combo and closet
- Guest bedroom (King Bed) w/ Private balcony over the front of the home
-Guest bedroom (Queen Bed)
There is a back patio area with a table and seating for four, the home is backed up to National Forest for amazing privacy.
Guests have access to the entire home.
*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*
*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*
*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*
*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
