Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Do not bring food into the bedrooms
- Standing on the couches with shoes is not allowed
- In case of non-compliance with the rules, a fee of the total of one night will be charged or even the owner could cancel the reservation and ask the guests to leave without any refund. It is also important to correctly specify the number of guests, since we work with dynamic prices and the rate may change depending on the number of guests
