Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
PLEASE NOTE:
We require a standard deposit of $500 USD for each booking to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs, we will release the deposit within 3 working days after your check-out, and it should be credited back to your account within 15 days of dispatch. If damages are found, we will deduct the repair costs from the deposit and address the issue as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.

Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID’s in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.

- There is A/C in the living room, and 2 bedrooms in corridor and terrace. There are 5 AC
- There are no A/C’s in 2 small rooms.
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
- You have 6-7 steps to reach the building door you need to use the white card from the lockbox to reach the apartment with elevator.
-The elevator is going inside of the apartment directly. Only with the white access card.
