The bright open-plan living area features a three-seat sofa and two armchairs facing a large 4K Smart TV with satellite and streaming channels, discreetly integrated into the space. Floor-to-ceiling glazing leads up a few steps to the private roof terrace, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. The dining area seats five, with ample china and glassware provided.
The contemporary kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, offering two ovens, a 4-ring electric hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, alongside all cookware and utensils needed for longer stays. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout, with individual room controls and free high-speed WiFi.

The Master Bedroom, quietly positioned to the rear, features a UK King bed (US Queen), generous built-in wardrobes, and a second 4K Smart TV.
