Welcome to our spacious and cozy home in the exclusive El Olivar de Málaga urbanization! With a capacity for up to 10 people, this vacation retreat is the perfect place for large groups seeking comfort and luxury near the beach and local attractions.
With 260 square meters of living space on a generous 1500 square meter plot, this house offers an oasis of relaxation and entertainment. Outside, you’ll be greeted by a lush garden with leafy trees, a refreshing private saltwater pool, and a barbecue area perfect for enjoying outdoor meals under the warm Malaga sun.
Inside, you’ll find a carefully distributed design on two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as all the utensils and cutlery you need to prepare delicious homemade meals.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
