Beautiful and bright design apartment with terrace, in the Zisa district of Palermo.
The apartment, on the third floor of a building without elevator, is furnished in a modern style with design furniture in contrast to the building that houses it, which has not been renovated. The entrance opens to a single room with a sofa, dining table and fully-equipped open kitchen. A sliding glass door separates the living area from the bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, a TV and a balcony. Some stairs lead to the upper floor, complete with a relaxation area, a toilet and two terraces furnished with sofas and an unheated bathtub, which can be used in summer to cool off during the hottest days. A bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the layout.
Amenities such as air conditioning, heating with heat pump, washing machine, and iron are available to guests.
