We’re back and better than ever following Hurricane Ian!
Be the first to experience this fabulous designer decorated custom home, built with 5 bedrooms plus crows nest sleeping loft. Luxurious in every sense, enjoy the private heated pool overlooking the bay and canal. Plenty of outdoor space on 3 levels to bask in our Florida sunshine. Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath, high ceilings and beautiful new furniture and bedding.
Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style. The pool is heated to 80-85 degrees with the spa remaining the same temperature as the pool. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Any additional beach essentials can be rented from the management company.
While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
