Air conditioning to both master and the up stairs living space Powder room Large fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and butlers pantry Large dining table for eight. Balcony with Weber BBQ Three TV’s, one in each living space plus the master bedroom. This Luxe beachside home is a short 10 minute drive to award winning vineyards & the peninsula hot springs and a short two minute walk from the iconic Capel Sound front beach. Take the kids surfing, take your friends golfing at some of the amazing courses within a 10 minute drive from the house or relax on one of the amazing nearly beaches. Take a short drive to the beautiful Point Nepean national park and enjoying the amazing views. All linen and bath towels are provided. Your booking is for the whole house with the exception of the garage. This is not accessible to guests. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price. This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
