Welcome to Suntrap Retreat, this beautifully styled and renovated bright and airy home is the perfect spot to enjoy all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Located only a short walk to the both the bay and ocean beaches and close to Blairgowrie and Sorrento shops. 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. 2 large living areas on separate levels, perfect for large family groups. Fully equipped kitchen with butlers pantry, plus two outdoor entertaining areas. Heated outdoor spa and pool table to keep the kids entertained. A maximum of eight adults can stay at this property. We are set up for families that are happy to have a quiet stay. 16 can stay when it’s a mix of adults and young children. Upstairs We have a bright open plan kitchen with butler’s pantry. Dining area with 12 seat dining table and additional bench seating in the kitchen. Dining room and large lounge with gas fireplace which opens to an alfresco entertaining deck. On this level we also have the Bedroom 1 - king beds and en-suites in each Bedroom 2 - king beds and en-suites in each There is also a powder room on this level. Downstairs we have three additional bedrooms: Bedroom 3 - with queen bed and en-suite. Bedroom 4 - with two single beds. Bedroom 5 - with two bunk beds, double with single above. We also have room for two single roll away beds in this room. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower and toilet in a separate room. Laundry and spacious living/rumpus room with pool table. This opens to the second, covered entertaining area, featuring a built-in spa. Additional features to keep you comfortable include heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans, Netflix and Stan and free high speed Wifi. EV Charging Station. This house is set up for family groups with a mix of adults and children. This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
