Home Truths: - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. - The fireplace is currently scheduled for routine maintenance and is not available for use at this time. - A/C: The home has mini-split units in select rooms. - Before check-in, you will need to visit the rental office, ( 5 minutes from the entry gate) to get your community access QR code. Office closes at 10PM. Late arrivals, please contact us for arrangements. Rental office visit required next day. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. - This home is under the Arrowhead Lakes community. Guest registration upon check-in is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed. Please Note: - There is a $300 fee during booking for community registration. The additional amount will be paid separately if the total fee exceeds the initial amount collected. This fee is used to pay the community renter fees including: - Transaction Fee per Rental: $20. - Gate Card Fee: $20 per card. - Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 23, 2025 through September 2, 2025) / $2.00 daily off-season. The remaining amount will be refunded to you. Please search "Arrowhead Community Renter Fees" to learn more. - Registrations within 3 days are allowed, but to encourage early registration and to help staff manage incoming registrations, a late fee of $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No same-day registrations are allowed (the cut-off for same day is 11:59 PM the day before arrival). - Changes to any aspect of the rental registration must be made not less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date, this includes Vehicle or Guest. Parking Details: - Parking space can accommodate up to 3 cars. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bonus Room / Queen bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
