The Austin Freestone Ranch by Property Manager Vacation Residences is a family-owned working ranch on over 100 acres- a spacious property of ranch-style luxury with the peace of the Texas Hill Country near local wineries, breweries, distilleries and wedding venues. Enjoy three guest wings and wheelchair accessibility, including ramp in the pool. Game casita features glass garage doors for a multi-seasonal room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, 2 TVs and a bar area. Pet-friendly with Owner approval. This property is regularly set for 20 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 25 guests. A large group fee may apply. Inquire with our sales team about hosting a large family gathering or corporate retreat onsite. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Please note that some spaces will be locked and owner belongings may be present. Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability. Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations. Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit. No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from Property Manager Vacation Residences. Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
