Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- - No smoking or vaping in the house
- - No fireworks or other illegal activities
- - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- - Respect the neighbors
- **If you plan on charging an electric vehicle, please take the following into consideration:
- The first 100kwh is a courtesy from us and the consumption of anything over 100kwh will be billed to your Property Manager account at $0.25/kwh.**
