Drive through the gated driveway with a manatee on it and you’ll enter Manatee Retreat. This duplex is a private getaway on a canal! Unit B is separated by a fence so you have your own private retreat. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom has a large living room with plenty of seating for you and your guests. A galley kitchen, with granite countertops allows you to cook your meals or grab a snack. The kitchen overlooks the dining room that leads out to the deck and canal view. After a day at the beach, which is a short 1 block away, sit outside and relax by the mangrove line canal, and watch the manatees swim by. Rent a kayak or stand up paddle board - this home has the location to do it! Washer/dryer are in the garage along with beach gear for you to use. Come stay at Manatee Retreat! Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
