Located on the Tróia Peninsula, in the prestigious area of Comporta, surrounded by dunes, sea, and kilometers of paradisiacal beaches, this semi-detached 3-bedroom villa spans 2 floors and is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, marina, supermarket, and dining options.
Offering 2 suites and 1 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, and a shared pool, this villa is flooded with natural light and surrounded by ample green spaces for our guests’ enjoyment, making it perfect for a family vacation or groups of friends ranging from 4 to 8 guests.

Whether it’s exploring deserted beaches or the most coveted ones, going for walks or bike rides, spending evenings by the pool or at iconic beach clubs, playing golf or tennis, dining at the Tróia Marina restaurants or visiting the shops and cafes of the villages of Comporta and Carvalhal, everything is just a few minutes away, allowing our guests to enjoy a stay as relaxing or as vibrant as desired.
This Atlantic Villa, approximately 200m2, is structured on the lower floor with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining tables that invite conviviality indoors and outdoors, an office/bedroom with a sofa bed for two, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two suites, one with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, and the other with two twin single beds.
Inspire yourself by enjoying your meals in harmony with nature while observing the native plants and surrounding pine trees reflected in the crystal-clear water of the pool, bringing you an oasis of greenery amidst the surrounding dunes.
On-site transportation options include walking, cycling, driving, or boating. There is private parking for 2 guest vehicles and parking for additional vehicles in the surrounding area.
Travel options include driving via the A2 through Alcácer do Sal - Comporta - Tróia, taking the A2 to Setúbal and then the ferry, using public transportation along the same routes, or walking via the Setúbal catamaran.
We’re incredibly flexible, and our interaction with guests will be tailored to their desires or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we’re here to accommodate. We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, and organizing sightseeing tours, among others.

Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
