Stay in an elegant and welcoming apartment, nestled in a noble building steeped in history, in the heart of Paris. The place was fully renovated and exudes a timeless charm. It features high ceilings, and typical Parisian details such as refined moldings and a decorative marble fireplace. With a fully equipped kitchen, 4 separate bedrooms (including one on a mezzanine) and en-suite bathrooms for most bedrooms, it is a comfortable and intimate retreat for a few days in Paris.
The premises have a very unique historical feel, as this apartment used to be the workshop of printer P. Mouillot, one of Victor Hugo’s main printers during his lifetime. At the time, the printing machines were sizeable and only fit in the kind of places with high ceilings. Victor Hugo himself must have climbed up the stairs to the apartment to discover his novels being printed.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
