Private and spacious home with plenty of space for multiple families. Large kitchen + dining room with a cozy living area, located in a quaint neighborhood, then 3 miles from Attitash. Just a short walk to private Saco River access and Mt. Stanton Trailhead. 2 car garage is especially nice during the winter months. Basement w/ exercise Room, washer/dryer & plenty of space for ski gear. Hang out by the fireplaces inside or by the firepit in the warmer months, our home is perfect for every season!
