Garage: - Two cars can park in the garage - Please return the opener to the kitchen counter upon departure, or we will charge $150 to replace it. Dog-Friendly Home (+$) - This is a dog-friendly home - There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee - There is a two-dog limit - Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
