The dining room, kitchen and living room have fantastic lighting during the day and allow for everyone to be in on the action. The dining room table has seating for 8, with an additional 5 bar stools along with a breakfast table that can seat 4. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal. The kitchen has a wine cooler, large refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, and microwave. You may even cook outside on the propane grill. The living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV, and views of the pool deck....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
