This spacious, modern one-level townhome features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stunning views of Rainbow Hill and the Fairmont golf course. Enter through the mudroom, perfect for ski storage, and conveniently located next to the parkade stairs.
The home boasts two open-plan living areas centered around a wood-burning island fireplace, with smart TVs, surround sound, plush sofas, and curated art enhancing the luxurious ambiance. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer beautiful views. The fully equipped kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances, an espresso machine, and a pull-out drawer microwave, ideal for entertaining with its kitchen island, large dining table, bar, and wine fridge.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a spa-like steam shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom features two twin beds. The second bathroom includes a renovated walk-in shower. Location
The Gleneagles Townhomes are situated in the beautifully picturesque location right in front of the Fairmont Chateau Golf course and valley trail. One of the closest areas to walk to Lost Lake, where you can enjoy a woodland walk in Summer or cross country skiing in Winter. You are less than a 10 minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola, or guests can utilise the completely free no 5 shuttle service that stops outside the complex and takes you to the base of either mountain in just a few minutes. Complex features secure covered underground parking, garbage room and bike racks.
There is a bus stop right outside of the complex for the free #5 bus, which runs year-round. It is about a 15 min walk to Whistler Village or about a 5 min walk to Lost Lake in the summer.
