The balcony is the ideal place to enjoy your favorite drink or meal, while enjoying the peacefulness of the neighborhood! You may walk the historical center, the central-park & the sidewalk on the city sea front! In the neighborhood you can find bakery, shops, cafés, and everything you may need!

The house features a spacious living room area equipped with a smart TV and a cozy sofa bed that can host comfortably 1 guest and a big balcony for some moments of relaxation.
You may prepare meals of your choice in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them either at the dining table or at the balcony while enjoying the fresh air and the peacefulness of the leafy neighborhood!
