The first floor of this home features a bonus family room, two guest bedrooms, a bunk room and kitchenette. The two guest bedrooms include King sized beds with Private en suite bathrooms! The bunk room has two twin over twin bunk beds and also has its own private bathroom! The second floor of this home has the spacious living area, dining room and kitchen. With an open floor plan, this room will have more than enough space for your family to relax and enjoy a meal together. Also on this floor is the Master suite with a King-sized bed and private en suite bathroom - it will not disappoint! 70 Pinecrest is located directly across the street from the community pool and a short walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants of neighboring Rosemary Beach! * 1 set beach chairs with umbrella included, serviced by Vacayzen  March - October  2025 * There will be an attendant on site each day from 9AM-5PM, with a 30 minute lunch break between the hours of 12PM-1PM.
