The open main living area includes a sitting area facing a large HDTV, a dinner table with seating for 2, and a brand-new kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave.
Sleeping for 4 available between the 2 king bedrooms. Each bedroom has it’s own en suite bathroom with state-of-the-art standup showers. This carriage house is just steps from the beach and located near Alys Beach, Seacrest and Rosemary to the east with The Hub located to the west.
** 30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
** No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.**
