Lands End 5-405 is a corner top-floor unit! It is located right at the corner of the channel. The unit features a large sectional sofa, large flat-screen TV in the living area, flat screens in each bedroom, ceiling fans, and more. This 4th-floor corner unit has a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, living, and dining areas. Note: PER THE ASSOCIATION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE-TIME $50.00 PARKING/RESORT FEE FOR YOUR STAY. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 PARKING FEE FOR THE STAY. IF YOU HAVE A GUEST VISIT AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY, THEY TOO WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $10 PARKING FEE FOR THE DAY. GUESTS MUST DEPART BY 11:00 PM. A 1-week minimum stay requires Saturday arrival in season.
Gulf View Lands End is located at the southernmost tip of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, surrounded by the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico on three sides. This luxury resort condo includes 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a 24-hour security guardhouse with a gated entry and many other amenities, including an enormous heated pool, a poolside spa, newly renovated shuffleboard and volleyball courts, a large and fully-equipped fishing deck, and two tennis courts with a court-side gazebo. The community is also wrapped in a well-maintained wooden boardwalk that provides long scenic walks with amazing views at every turn!
Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly, and people began calling the area Treasure Island. Treasure Island is adjacent to St. Petersburg and central to everything.
Treasure Island’s three miles of white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming vintage hotels, and unique restaurants attract visitors from all over the world. Go swimming, shelling, sunning, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, or simply walk the beach and watch an amazing sunset. Walk the mile-long Treasure Island Beach Trail for convenient access to the motels, restaurants, and bars that make up the heart of this incredible destination!
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo will accommodate up to four guests, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom (new mattresses) and twin beds in the guest bedroom.
