The spacious dining area offers a perfect spot for family meals and gatherings where you can play board games or cards, all of which are provided, including poker chips. The top level of the cabin features two bedrooms, each with king beds, end tables, dressers, armoires, and flat-screen TVs. A well-appointed full bath and full-size washer and dryer with provided detergent ensure convenience during your stay. The cabin is adorned with beautiful real wood floors and walls throughout giving it that true mountain feel. Step outside to find two decks, both with stunning water views. The front deck is equipped with a gas grill and bistro set, perfect for al fresco dining, while the back deck features a fireplace and comfy couches for unwinding in nature’s embrace. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities with cornhole, bocce, and ring toss on the turf area, and giant Jenga on the back deck. All game equipment is provided for endless fun. The large driveway accommodates up to three vehicles and lights up at night, ensuring a safe return home after a day of adventures. There is a dog crate, dog bed and baby gate available for guest use. 2 wood burning fire places (NO BURNING April 1 - September 30) and a fire pit on the lake that can be used year-round. Netflix and Amazon streaming with guest accounts is available. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. STR Host License #004136 2 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
