Enjoy outdoor dining, ample seating, and a relaxing patio. Take a dip in our inviting swimming pool, making the most of Florida’s enchanting evenings. 👶 Kid-Friendly Amenities We understand the challenges of traveling with young children. That’s why we’re delighted to offer a pack-n-play and high chair for your convenience during your stay. Your little ones are well taken care of! 🎣 Fishing Enjoy fishing in the canal right outside the house! Please note that a fishing license is required for guests who wish to cast a line. 🔑 You will have access to the entire house! This includes the washer and dryer, which are available for use during your stay at any time. The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay :) 🚗 By Car: Driving is the most convenient way to get around from 99 Bunker Rd. The property offers easy access to major roads, allowing you to quickly reach destinations like Englewood Beach, Boca Grande, and local golf courses. On-site parking is available, making it easy to come and go as you please. 🚖 Ridesharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, providing a convenient option for getting around if you prefer not to drive. Whether you’re heading out for dinner or exploring nearby attractions, ridesharing is a hassle-free way to travel. 🚌 Public Transportation: While public transportation options are limited in Rotonda West, nearby towns such as Englewood and Port Charlotte offer bus services that connect to other parts of Southwest Florida. For more extensive travel, consider renting a car or using a rideshare service. 🚴 Biking: The flat terrain and scenic routes in Rotonda West make it an ideal area for biking. Bring your bike or rent one locally to explore the neighborhood and nearby parks at your own pace. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. 🐕 We allow up to 2 dogs for a fee of $100 per dog. Rules for pets are outlined in our guidebook. If you are looking to travel with more than 2 dogs, please reach out prior to booking to see if any exceptions can be made.
