The Neighborhood
The Saint-Michel district of Paris is one of the city's most emblematic and historic districts, steeped in a bohemian atmosphere and steeped in history. Located on the left bank of the Seine, this lively district is renowned for its cobbled streets, old bookshops, picturesque cafés and artistic atmosphere. Saint-Michel is also often associated with the Latin Quarter, an area renowned for its universities, prestigious schools and intellectual atmosphere. The narrow streets of the Quartier Latin are full of bookshops, art cinemas, small boutiques and a variety of restaurants. It's a place where you can feel the creative spirit and intellectual effervescence that characterise Paris. Saint-Michel has excellent accessibility thanks to its metro stations, bus stops and river links.
