This flat is ideal for up to 4 people. It has a private bedroom with a queen-size double bed (one of which is on the first floor), a living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed and a dining area, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette and a fully-equipped bathroom.
The unit is located on the second floor of a building and is accessed via the stairs.

The George Pompidou Centre, recognisable by its monumental structure and original architecture with coloured pipes, houses France's largest collection of modern and contemporary art. You can also take advantage of this visit to admire one of the most beautiful views of Paris! - For all you fashion lovers out there, the Marais is undoubtedly one of the best shopping districts in Paris! The BHV MARAIS, with its dome overlooking the Hôtel-de-Ville, is a landmark of Parisian commerce. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- > 6 minutes' walk from the Hôtel de Ville and the quays of the Seine, an incredible place for a picnic or drinks by the river
- > 17 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by metro from the Place et l'Opéra de la Bastille and the Bassins de l'Arsenal, also a great place to relax by the river
- > 13 minutes on foot from Ile-Saint-Louis, a picturesque Parisian island with narrow cobbled streets and lovely places to sit by the river, from where you can also go to Notre-Dame cathedral surrounded by the Latin Quarter
- > 10 minutes by metro from the Louvre museum, the Palais Royal and the magnificent Tuileries gardens, and across from Place de la Concorde
