Thoughtfully designed with comfort, style, and entertainment in mind, this villa offers a well equipped space for groups of all ages to enjoy, relax, and play in the beautiful landscape of southern Utah!
Splash at the resort pool, hike in nearby Snow Canyon, or stay home and have game day in the expansive upstairs family room where you’ll find an arcade, pool table, TV, and plenty of comfy sofa seating to accommodate the whole group. At night, light up the fire pit on the patio for some s’mores and take a seat in the hot tub to enjoy a southern Utah evening!

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
