Welcome to the BRAND NEW Arcade Paradise, our home away from home at Southern Utah’s premier Property Manager. You won’t find another place like Villa #65. Accommodating 34 guests, this home is perfect for family reunions, business retreats, golfing getaways and more. We have sought to equip our elegantly furnished home with something for every guest: arcade games galore for all ages, an Xbox and a Nintendo Switch, a Kid Cave with an adorable play closet equipped for littles and a Lego wall for aspiring engineers or artists, a large round game table for board or card games, ping pong, foosball, dual hoop basketball arcade, and air hockey. You’ll be surprised how much you will enjoy the Classic Golden Tee arcade game. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
