You’ll be 25 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 5 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. There are many attractions that are even within walking distance! If you’re looking to pick up some groceries, Whole Foods is just a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk away. Klyde Warren Park is a 10-minute walk away and the nearby dining options are nearly unlimited! You’ll also be just minutes from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night!

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,* Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
- * Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests.
- *Check-in/checkout time: 4pm/10am.
- *No parties or events allowed.
- *Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
- *Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
- *Minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years old.
