The Cay features 18 beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condos. Each suite includes access to a heated swimming pool, on-site parking, tennis courts, and an elevator. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a special occasion, or a romantic getaway we look forward to welcoming you! When choosing your vacation location The Cay is the place to stay! Updated upper level two bedroom / two bathroom condo with a private balcony. The open floor concept allows you to enjoy the company of family and friends while preparing meals in the kitchen. The primary bedroom offers one king bed, spacious closet, smart television, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers one queen bed, closet, smart television, and access to the hall bathroom. All of your cooking essentials are provided along with a dishwasher, toaster, and a Keurig for your morning brew! Free wifi, cable tv and walking distance to resort amenities are all available at your leisure. Our self check-in makes the process seamless. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay. Spots are available for this property on a first-come first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee parking within close proximity to your unit. The Cay is located approximately 25 miles from the NWFL Beaches International Airport. Rent a vehicle, uber, or use Emerald Taxi for transportation around the city! - There is no washer/dryer in the unit, however, there are shared washers and dryers available in the building. To get you started we supply detergent and dryer sheets. - Looking for a group stay? Ask us about renting the entire 18-suite building at The Cay - We do not allow smoking inside this property. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside. - We are pet friendly! We have a $15/night pet fee. - The pool is open from sunrise to sunset, please make sure to wear the wristband provided in your room to access the pool.
