Welcome to Streamsong at Eagles Nest, a serene single-level retreat with incredibly convenient back gate access to Beech Mountain just 7 minutes away!
The peaceful deck overlooks two streams on the property, offering a picturesque and tranquil setting. Chairs and a fire table near the living room entrance provide a perfect spot for relaxing evenings. On the deck by the primary bedroom, there’s another cozy area with a gas log fireplace and seating. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a grill is available, and a newly added hot tub and firepit in the yard near the stream completes this charming mountain getaway.
As you enter the main level, you’re greeted by a spacious kitchen and great room. The kitchen features a granite island and counters, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating, perfect for casual meals. The live-edge dining table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family gatherings. The living room boasts a floor-to-ceiling stone gas-log fireplace and a modern leather sofa, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere.
The primary king bedroom offers deck access, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bath complete with a soaking tub, a tiled shower, and double granite vanities. The second king suite also provides deck access, a TV, and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfort and convenience. The queen bedroom is equipped with a TV and fan, and shares a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo and granite counters. The fourth room serves as a versatile rec space, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk, a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, and an arcade, making it perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the property in the winter months.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee per stay in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Please note that Streamsong and common areas have WiFi, but some areas of travel may not have reception.
- This home has one exterior doorbell style security camera at the front door monitoring the entryway and parking area, no other cameras are present at this property.
