The modern "Villa Alica" was built in 2017 and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office with sofa bed and a fantastic terrace area. There you will find a 10 x 4.5 m pool with beach area and fountain, a spa with massage jets and an outdoor kitchen with bar counter, built-in "Napoleon" barbecue grill and fridge. The house is fully tiled and has a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms with walk-in showers.
If you are still having a difficult time deciding because there are countless vacation homes in Cape Coral, think about it: What do you value most? Of course, a modern, beautiful house with upscale furnishings, a good location and friendly and competent service - both before your departure and during your stay.
The house is in a quiet yet very central location in a side street of a purely residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral on a wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. In just 10 minutes by car you are also on the south bridge towards Fort Myers and close to the beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. And finally, the orientation of the terrace: the house faces west. This is the ideal mix of sun and shade. You’ll find a bit of both at all times and can enjoy the sunset from your seat. This makes all the difference!
The bright, open living area of this vacation villa flows into the fully equipped, modern kitchen. The 2.75 meter high sliding doors can be opened across the corner, so that the living room, kitchen and terrace form a large living area.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have king-size beds and one with 2 single beds. There is also an office with a sofa bed. In the master bedroom you will find another sofa bed (180 cm long). All 3 bathrooms have a walk-in shower, the master bathroom also has a free-standing bathtub. The living space is 250 sqm.
The 175 m² west-facing terrace offers a covered seating area as well as an outdoor kitchen with bar counter. The 10 x 4.5 m pool has a "beach zone" and a fountain. Both the pool and the adjoining spa with air and massage jets can be heated electrically. The mosquito protection cage with its large panoramic windows allows an undisturbed view of the wide canal!
