The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a butcher block island/breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining area comfortably seats eight. The main living area is designed for relaxation, with vaulted, trussed ceilings, luxurious leather chairs, a large sofa, and expansive windows overlooking the pool. French doors lead to a furnished deck and screened porch with a table that seats four, ideal for outdoor gatherings. The picnic table on the open pool deck is perfect for summer grilling.
The first-floor master suite is a tranquil retreat, offering a king-sized bed, a lavish private bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, dual vanities, and direct access to the screened porch. Upstairs, a cozy den awaits with a TV, comfortable chairs, and a sleeper sofa. The three additional bedrooms include a queen bedroom with private shower bathroom, a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and private tub/shower bathroom, and another queen bedroom with private walk-in shower bathroom.
For added entertainment, there is an extra-large TV in the main living space for all your special viewing, streaming and gaming and there is a new 55" smart TV in both the second floor den area and master bedroom. For a little fun, there is a foosball table in the game room located on the main living floor! And for comfort, there is an outdoor shower to clean off after a sandy day at the beach, and the pool features an gas heater, allowing for warm swims in the spring and fall months. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
