The deck space has seating for 4 around a dining table, two lounge chairs and a gas grill. There’s also a bistro set, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails!
Back in the home, you’ll find a dining area with seating for 6. There is additional seating for 2 at the kitchen breakfast table as well. The kitchen looks out to the dining and living area. The well-appointed kitchen has new counters and cabinets with soft-close doors, stainless appliances and everything you’ll need to cook a meal for your guests....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
