Welcome to our holiday home on the front line of the La Cala golf course, just a 5-minute drive from the golf club and a 10-minute drive from the coast of Cala de Mijas. This beautifully decorated luxurious holiday home is located in Monte Alto, in the beautiful mountains of Cala Golf, close to many golf courses, but only a few minutes from the coast. Just 10 minutes by car is Cala de Mijas, where there are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The house is built on 3 levels, on the entrance level there is the open, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, a toilet and the beautiful terrace with a private garden and spectacular mountain views. On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both bedrooms have king-size beds (180x200m). The bed in the master bedroom is an adjustable bed. The master bedroom has a private terrace with beautiful mountain views. The bathroom in the master bedroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower glass, a sink, a toilet and a bidet. The bathroom in the second bedroom has a shower cubicle, a sink and a toilet. We also provide bed linen and bath towels for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items to our La Cala golf vacation home. The house is fully air-conditioned, it has two individual units, one for the living-dining room and the kitchen and one for the bedrooms, so you can adapt the temperature of the heating or air conditioning individually. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table and a smart TV with international TV channels (Hotbird satellite). There is also WIFI available in each room. Direct access from the living room to the terrace with an outside table with 6 chairs and the private garden, makes you feel as if you were in a single-family home. The dining room is equipped with a glass table with 6 chairs and is connected through a window bar to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, oven, microwave and is also equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses, etc. The residential community of Monte Alto has a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds, there is also a children’s pool (opening times may vary according to season, subject to availability), so you can enjoy your relaxing summer vacations in the sun of the Costa del Sol. The outdoor areas are very nice and well maintained. We will always be available before, during or after your stay for any questions if you need us!
