The Home
A charming and spacious villa in the Umbria region, Villa Collombroso
is a private retreat surrounded by forests and fields. The villa dates
back 400 years and has been beautifully restored into a comfortable
holiday home, with a very pretty well maintained garden. The village of
Porano is only 4 km away and guests also have easy access to the
historic city of Orvieto. There are several terraces at the villa, a
large one on a lower level with access to the garden and pool area – a
great place to enjoy the sunshine. There are two other: a cosy one with
sofa and chairs with an umbrella, and a sheltered terrace with dining
table next to the modern kitchen to have al fresco dinners and enjoy
food and drinks together. This terrace also features a barbeque.
Privacy is created in the garden by lush green hedges.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
