Tenuta lo Spugno is a luxurious holiday villa in Chianti, set in a
secluded position on the side of a hill with breathtaking panoramic
views over olive groves, vineyards, and the rolling green hills of
Chianti. Nestled within a beautifully maintained garden with a stunning
pool, this elegant country house is perfect for a holiday with friends
or family with older children. Every detail has been designed with the
utmost comfort of guests in mind. A highlight of the property is its
private spa and wellness area. During the summer months, guests can
also enjoy a separate, fully equipped kitchen and dining area located
in its own section of the house with a private entrance.
Its location in the Chianti Classico region is ideal for exploring the
area’s famous wineries, castles, and charming towns. Day trips to
Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, or Arezzo are easy to arrange. The
picturesque village of Radda, with its restaurants, small shops, and
supermarket, is just 5 kilometers away.
The stone villa extends across three levels and includes an open-plan
studio apartment with a separate entrance, ideal for two guests seeking
additional privacy.
Inside, the traditional Tuscan elements such as wooden beamed ceilings,
terracotta floors and exposed stone walls are combined with travertine,
marble and refined furnishings to create a stylish and welcoming
atmosphere.
