The open-plan living space includes a dining area that seats 6 around a wooden table. Sliding patio doors bring in natural light while offering pleasant views of the private yard and greenery. Comfortable sofa seating completes the TV area, with an additional pull-out sofa bed available if needed. Shelves provide board games and reading material for browsing and enjoying.

The practical kitchen features modern base units, stainless steel sink, gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and wood-effect benchtops.
Sleeping:
The 3 bedrooms are serviced by 2 bathrooms, including an ensuite and a family bathroom featuring a bathtub and separate glass shower stall. Pedestal fans are provided in each bedroom.
