Welcome to our modern and luxurious family flat with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located in a well maintained front line beach community with 2 communal swimming pools and 24 hour security. Las Arenas is located in the secure urbanization Bahia de Marbella close to golf courses such as Santa Clara or Rio Real, restaurants, 5 min from Marbella centre and the old town and only 12 min from Puerto Banus. The flat is divided into 2 floors, the entrance level consists of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious living and dining room and a covered terrace with amazing sea views and a dining table. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and balcony. There is also a private terrace with spectacular sea views and a dining table to enjoy the wonderful evenings with the fresh sea breeze. The flat is air conditioned. Bedrooms and bathrooms Bedroom 1 - King-size bed (180 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower and double washbasin, cosy terrace and stunning sea views from the bed. Bedroom 2 - king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower and double washbasin, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony. Bedroom 3 : two single beds (90 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin and walk-in closet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, for a small fee we have beach towels for your stay so you only need to bring your personal items. The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, oven, microwave and is also fully equipped with all kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses and champagne flutes etc. The dining room has a good sized dining table with 6 chairs, the living room has a large sofa with chaise longue providing a comfortable space for the whole family. The Smart TV is connected to high speed fibre optic internet which you can access throughout the flat. The terrace is connected through a large sliding door that literally disappears at the edges of the room when opened and really connects the inside with the outside. It is equipped with an outdoor table with 6 chairs. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. The holiday home in Las Arenas is located in the prestigious area of Bahia de Marbella, only 5 minutes drive from the centre and old town of Marbella and 12 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus, where you will find luxury shops and popular nightclubs. The beach is less than a minute’s walk away, where you can find several chiringuitos (beach bars) within a few minutes’ walk. Malaga airport is ca. 40 min away. The next supermarket is 5 minutes away and the large shopping centre La Cañada is also only 5 minutes by car. Las Arenas is a beachfront apartment complex with tropical gardens and green areas and two communal swimming pools and a smaller children’s pool, with lifeguards in summer.
