Huge luxury home includes two kitchens, two living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a backyard, covered parking and plenty of space for entertaining. This space can hold 16+ guests comfortably. It even has a ping pong table, board games, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Perfect for games night, hosting an event or big groups coming to watch the Bearcats! Two of the bedrooms have their own private entrances to make it easier for coming and going. This home is a duplex with a walkway to connect the two residences without having to leave the inside. There is copious amounts of room for the entire family or many friends. The Entire place will be yours. Uber is readily available and there is enough parking for 6+ vehicles around the home! There are also many walking and biking trails nearby. • Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay. • The BBQ is charcoal-operated. Please make sure to bring your own charcoal supplies as it is limited in the area. • While we provide the best WIFI possible in the area, the reliability cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party company. • We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
