These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances. There is plenty of parking space but if you have more than 2 vehicles please park on the street. You’ll have access to the entire place. This side has straight access to the backyard. Uber is readily available and there is enough parking for 6+ vehicles around the home! We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
