Modern and luxurious semi-detached villa with a private garden and a communal pool, just a few minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake Garda, accommodating up to 8 people.
The property is tastefully furnished, predominantly in a modern style.
The villa is composed of 3 floors:
The ground floor features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, a storage room with a washing machine that can also serve as a bicycle storage, and a spacious kitchen with a dining table and a covered terrace that leads directly to the private garden.
The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, both with their own balconies overlooking the adjacent vineyards, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, a charming living room with a double sofa bed, and a magnificent covered terrace with a single swing, lounge area, and spectacular vineyard views.
The third attic floor is not accessible as it is used as a private storage area by the owners.
The modern separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday at Lake Garda, including a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. It also has direct access to the outdoor terrace where you can dine al fresco and access the garden.
The wonderful covered terrace is furnished with a dining table and lounge area and allows direct access to the private garden, complete with a barbecue, sun loungers, and a trampoline for the little ones. From the garden, you can access the beautiful communal pool, which is available from the end of April to early October. In total, the villa has two covered terraces and two balconies.
The property is spread over two floors; access from the parking area to the ground floor, garden, and pool is completely flat and step-free. Access to the upper floor is only possible via the internal stairs.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge.
Villa Magdalena is a luxurious semi-detached villa in Peschiera, featuring a private garden and a shared pool, just a few steps from the shores of Lake Garda.
The location is perfect for any type of activity, as the nearest beaches on Lake Garda are only about 300 meters from the house. Within a radius of about 10 minutes or a little more on foot, you can reach supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and the center of the Peschiera district called San Benedetto. The historic center of Peschiera is reachable in just over 5 minutes by car, while Sirmione can be reached in about 10 minutes. Both historical gems can also be accessed by bus, with a stop just 200 meters from the house.
Your children will love enjoying the garden, playing freely in the greenery, having fun jumping on the trampoline or enjoying the pool. Additionally, major attractions such as Gardaland, Caneva World, Movie Land, and Parco Natura Viva can be reached in just about 15-20 minutes by car.

Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by the hmc and at a variable additional cost.
In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests’ departure, charges for restoring the apartment’s integrity will be applied.
Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.
The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.
The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.
