Please wear smart Casuals attire while visiting Boca Mario Restaurant; Night suits, Shorts, sleepers are prohibited.
House Policies & Regulations:
1. TARIFF - The tariff includes room rent, taxes and complimentary breakfast with cook on the 1st day. For every other breakfast, we provide a free cook and the guest pays for groceries on actual cost and can coordinate with the chef on dishes. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received at time of booking.
2. EXTRA OCCUPANTS & VISITORS - Extra Occupant charge @ INR 2000/- per person per night includes an extra mattress and linen set & breakfast. Visitors need to provide their ID card to enter the premises and can visit till 10 PM for free, post 10 PM the extra occupant charge is applicable. Maximum occupancy is 10 persons.
3. CHILDREN- Kids 5 years & below, no charge. Kids between 6 - 9 years, we offer 50% discount on extra occupant charge - INR 1000/- per night includes extra mattress, linen change and self-help breakfast. Children (10 years & above) and Adults: INR 2000/- per person per night. Charges apply for individuals exceeding 2 persons per room.
4. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS - Please settle all pending amounts/bills on presentation.eg. groceries, chef, tax, pet charges etc.
5. EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT - Check-in Time: 2:00 PM, Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. The extension permitted based on availability. Regarding late check-out, charges are INR 1,000/- per hour till 4 PM. If we receive a booking, you would be required to vacate the property within 15 minutes. Post 4 PM, a full day’s tariff is chargeable.
6. CHECK-IN GUIDELINES - Primary guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in. Please cooperate and present a valid photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon check-in, fill in the check-in form and clear balance booking amount; without these check-in would not be permitted.
7. CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES - Please allow 15-20 minutes for our team to conduct the check-out process. Payment for damages or additional services must be settled on check-out.
8. GUEST’S BELONGINGS - Please take care of your belongings. Kindly lock the property before leaving the premises as management will not assume responsibility if something gets misplaced.
9. HOUSEKEEPING - Housekeeping services are available for 2+ nights stay and one time only between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you require additional cleaning, a charge of INR 300/- per cleaning would apply. Fresh towels are changed every alternate day and bed linens are changed after every 3 nights. Fresh changes before these timelines, have following charges; New Bath Towel/Pool Towel- INR 50/-, Hand Towel - INR 30/-, Floor Mat - INR 30/-, Bedsheet/ Duvet Cover - INR 100/-. Caretaker/Supervisor/Guest relations manager can be informed for all concerns during your stay.
10. PETS - This property is pet-friendly.. Pet Charges are INR 500/- per pet per night. If the pet fee has already been charged, the balance amount can be adjusted at check-out. Please note pets are not allowed in the pool else a pet fine will be charged.
11. CONDUCT – Any misconduct, nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the premises. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poison, drugs & pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises. Please do not take the property’s belongings outside the premises. Please take care of the furnishings and ensure no marks are left by you. We request you do not eat and drink in the rooms and always use coasters. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please use a trash can, do not litter in and around the premises. Management reserves full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space, and the same will be reciprocated. Quiet hours between 10PM -9AM as per government norms.
12. DAMAGES – The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Lost keys will be charged to the guests. Any breakage or missing items shall be chargeable as per actuals and cleared mandatorily prior to check-out.
13. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally consistent unless the Government cuts it off for maintenance work or an accident for which management does not assume responsibility. We have partial inverter backup for 1 light, 1 fan and 1 plug point in every room. For bookings over 28 days, an additional electricity charge of INR 5/- per unit as per consumption will be levied.
14. EQUIPPED KITCHEN – Any eatables/spices/oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. Please coordinate with the supervisor/caretaker/guest relations for groceries. Self-help Breakfast is complimentary on the first day and is a once time provision.
15. Smoking is not allowed indoors, only on the balcony. Always use an ashtray and do not throw the buds anywhere in or around the premises. Cleaning Fine of INR 4,000/- is applicable for non-compliance.
16. Please shut the windows and doors from 6PM to 8PM to avoid mosquitoes, or ask our staff to do that for you.
